When Liv makes it up to the roof it's with the biggest bottle of Jack Daniel's she could get out of the closet (it's not going for the expensive stuff tonight, apparently) and wearing a respectable jeans and hoodie paring. It suggests she's comfortable enough with him to not try to hide she's still sort of living in what happened during the event and directly after. It's only been a couple days, and she spent a huge chunk of time after her first death in a depressive state pushing away everyone that meant anything to her. So, at least she's actually out of her room and outside this time. It's progress.
She's a little early, so she's sitting on the ledge of the roof, legs dangling off the side as she waits, looking out at the checkerboard hills. She should tell him. Frank, she should tell Frank what she really is. What really happened to her. She doesn't want to, and she'll probably keep trying to put it off but he deserves to know it if he's going to spend time with her. She's already prepared for the worst, and she doesn't actually want that at all.
Maybe they can just drink until she forgets to bring it up.
